Once you place a purchase at Avanquest, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your purchase details and the link to get your invoice. If you lose your email, the following instructions will allow you to find your purchase details and manage your billing information and subscription.

How to find your purchases

Go to our Purchase Finder and type the email address you used to make this purchase online.
- If you purchased via PayPal, your PayPal email address should be used.
- Enter one of these options: your password, order ID, or the last 4 digits of the credit card you used.
- If you have used your PayPal account to complete payment, you will be prompted to enter your ZIP/postal code.
You will see the list of your purchases.
- To see the details of a particular order, click "View and manage" next to it.
How to change or update your credit/debit card information

- To see the details of a particular order, click View and manage next to it.
- Click Edit next to the Payment By option and update your credit card details.
How to resume your subscription
Please note that the Resume Rebill option is available as long as the recurring payment date is not in the past.

- Click View and manage next to the order you want to recover the renewal for.
- Click Resume Rebill.
