The "Drive cannot be found" error message appears when the program tries to access a drive that is no longer available or when it lacks sufficient permissions to scan the drive.
There are two ways to fix the “Drive cannot be found” error:
Use the Clean Up tab Tools
- Manually adjust settings for the Scan feature to bypass the problematic drive.
- Go to the Clean Up tab.
- Choose the categories of files you want to clean.
Unlock the Problematic Folder
- Follow the path indicated in the error message (e.g., C:\Windows\Temp).
- Access the destination folder and you will be prompted to get access.
- Click Continue to confirm.
Once these steps are completed, the program will be able to scan and clean the folder without encountering the error.
