How to make sure you are using version 10:
- Click the ? icon in the top right corner.
- Click About.
- Check your version number on the next screen.
Does your product version start with a 10?
NO:
Please click here to download and install version 10.
YES:
Check the email you received after you purchased the product for the correct license key.
Your license key will look like this: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (five sets of five characters)
Copy and paste the license key from the email to the registration screen to avoid typos.
