Error "Out of memory"

The “Out of memory” error can occur for various reasons, requiring different solutions to resolve. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Scan a Different Drive

• Try scanning a different drive (e.g., Drive D instead of Drive C).
• Ensure the drive selected for data recovery is available and that you have the necessary permissions to access it.

Check File Type Compatibility

• Verify if the file type you’re trying to recover is supported by PC Cleaner.

Avoid Data Loss

• Be cautious with the “Out of memory” error as it can lead to data loss. Save your important files to prevent this.

Close Other Applications

• The error might occur if multiple programs are running simultaneously. Reboot your PC and close unnecessary applications and processes:
  
  • Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select "Task Manager".
  • Go to the "Process" tab to see which processes are using the most memory.
  • Right-click on the process name and select "End task".
  • Run PC Cleaner again.
