I didn’t receive my license key after renewal

This is expected, and nothing is wrong. Renewing extends the license you already have, so no new key is sent. Your renewal confirmation email confirms your payment, and your existing key keeps working.

What to do

Nothing. After a renewal:

• You do not need to enter a new key.
• You do not need to activate the software again.
• Your product keeps working with the same key as long as the subscription is active.
• The same key also stays valid for future renewals.

I need my key again

• Your license key is included in your purchase confirmation email.
• If you cannot locate your purchase confirmation, you can find your key in our billing portal:

1. Go to our Purchase Finder and sign in using the email address you used to make this purchase online.
   If you purchased via PayPal, your PayPal email address should be used.
2. Enter one of these options: your password, order ID, or the last 4 digits of the credit card you used.
   If you have used your PayPal account to complete payment, you will be prompted to enter your ZIP/postal code.
3. Click View and manage next to the order that you would like to view. You will find a link to download and your license key under the Access Information section.
